Security

Barbed Wire.
Barbed Wire is used worldwide for security fencing. We are able to supply and fit barbed wire to purpose made cracked posts or to the top of any other fencing systems. It is a very popular security fencing product and has been extremely effective since it was released on to the market. Please do not hesitate to contact a member of our sales team who will be only to happy to assist with any enquires you may have.

Razor Barbed Wire.

Razor Barbed wire is regarded as one of the most highly & effective security wires on the market. It comes in 2 different styles unclipped (See photo 1) or can come unzipped (See Photo/diagram 2) - We are able to supply & fit both of the above but again like most security wire it must be fitted over 8Ft. It is often used on commercial and industrial properties for a high security effect. Please contact a member of our commercial sales team for any further details.

Vandgard Security Systems.
Vandgard is ideal for commercial and industrial premises, car parks, domestic property, schools and local authority areas, to protect walls, roofs, gates, fences or towers. Vandgard is manufactured out of a technically complex high tensile alloy which makes it strong, durable and completely corrosion resistant. Vandgard is lightweight - weighing only 4 kilos per metre. Security Bollards / Posts

At MQ Metal Fabrication we are able to individually fabricate and fit our security parking bollards to whatever specification you require. Our high security parking bollard is constructed from RHS steel and is designed to be removable and padlockable with fire brigade and utility services access. If you require any other design of parking post/bollard please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff who will be happy to help.

Anti Vandal Paint.

Anti Vandal Paint is a harmless way of deterring intruders and can be easily and cheaply reapplied whenever required. Depending on how often Anti Vandal paint has been scaled its general life span is approximately 1 year. It is used on many residential and government properties and is usually applied to the top surface of brick walls. The same as all of our security products it must also be clearly signed. Please contact a member of our sales team if you require a supply and install quotation.

RAPTOR Plastic Anti-Vandal Scaling Barrier
Raptor plastic Anti -Vandal scaling barrier is widely used on commercial & government properties. It is available in Black, Green and other colours . Raptor is regarded as a higher security product than the standard Anti -Vandal scaling. Please contact a member of staff for any further details on this product.

Armco/Crash Barriers
Armco/Crash barriers are used throughout the United Kingdom - They are mainly used for extra protection along side roads, highways, factories & industrial & commercial premises. They are fixed into the ground by either fully concreted or if with plated feet, raw bolted to the ground. They are used to protect pedestrians, property and plant installations from danger of impact from vehicles and to minimise expensive repairs. We believe these barriers will give you the best possible protection from damage caused from moving vehicles and forklift trucks. Components are replaceable and have a maintenance free life of up to 30 years.

Anti-Vandal Scaling Barrier
Anti - Vandal Scaling Barrier is used to secure all types of commercial properties and high security industrial properties. We are able to supply and fit anti vandal scaling barrier above all types of boundary fencing and brick walls above 8 feet . It is an excellent deterrent to intruders & is extremely difficult to breach. If you require any further details please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff.

Steel High Security Entrance Doors.
We have facilities to design and manufacture steel security doors for many applications including front entrance and exit doors where vandalism is a problem. These may include vision panels & magnetic locks if required. Doors may be polyester coated to any British Standard colour that you require.
